ONLINE SALES TERMS:

The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of products on our website: www.ateliermira.com  

Shipping: Please note that due to the current health alert situation, shipping times may be affected.

We offer free domestic shipping sitewide for orders over $100. Transit time for non-pre-order items is usually 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 

For International:

We charge a flat rate of $120 for your purchase with an extra $10 per item purchased.

Shipping consolidated orders and large items such as vases and furniture can be subject to price adjustment. An estimate will be provided by our team and additional charges may apply. Import Fees are regulated by the destination country’s customs policies, and we are not responsible for any additional import fees that could be applied. If you choose to return an item, please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

All orders are insured through USPS. You will receive a tracking number from USPS once your order has been shipped out. 

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order from atelier mira so we offer an exchange for all purchased goods if returned within 15 days of receipt of the package, and if unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Just email us at 193@ateliermira.com to arrange a smooth return procedure.

- Jacques Marie Mage LAST FRONTIER collection is eligible for return and must be shipped within 8 calendar days after delivery. Delivery outside this window will be ineligible. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

·       Gift cards/Online gift certificates

·       Any item that is not in its original condition or damaged due to insufficient return packaging. Please remember to package return merchandise carefully.

·       Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

·       Items purchased with a discount

·       Eyewear purchased with custom-made lenses 

Return Address:

Please send all returns to our store address. We are not responsible for any returns until they arrive in-store.

We do not offer or honor refunds. Store credit only.

A 10% restocking fee per day will be deducted from the store credit amount if returned after the 15 days return policy (8 days for JMM Last Frontier).

Seasonal Sale Policy:

Items denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for refund, return or exchange.

Warranty:

When you purchase an item from us, we thoroughly inspect each frame prior to it leaving our boutique. Additionally, all of our sunglasses have a one-year limited warranty in case of manufacture defect. Non-eyewear merchandise does not have a manufacturer's warranty; therefore, any defective exchanges are determined by the brand. We do not offer a warranty on items purchased on sale. 

International Warranty Returns: 

For all international returns, we suggest you state on the shipping label contents, declaration page and/or customs form: "U.S. Returned Goods" with a $1 USD value. Failure to do this may result in dispatch delay and additional fees. When a warranty claim is made and the return approved, you are responsible for all shipping fees to our boutique. 

Frame Adjustment:

Prior to shipping your glasses, they go through inspection for any imperfections, but we can’t guarantee the frame will naturally fit your face. It may require further adjustments to fit you perfectly. In this instance, we encourage you to visit a local optician for a personal adjustment. Most opticians will adjust your frames at no charge, as a courtesy. Let us know if you need any recommendations selecting an optical boutique in your city. Adjusting the glasses yourself is absolutely not recommended. Excessive force or bending may break the frames and/or lenses which will void your warranty.
