Paloceras is not just another eyewear label — it is a bold reinterpretation of what glasses can be. Founded in 2022 near Geneva and operating from creative ateliers in Lisbon and Helsinki, Paloceras was launched by award-winning designers Alexis Perron-Corriveau and Mika Matikainen. Their vision was simple: to craft “Fantasy Eyewear”, frames whose origin lies in digital conception, yet whose presence in the real world is sculptural, tactile, and profoundly personal.
What sets Paloceras apart is its refusal to follow the predictable. They begin in the realm of imagination, modelling forms in the ether before transforming them into physical objects — hand-crafted in premium materials and produced in small, deliberate editions. The flagship Pebble Collection, are sculpted from 8 mm-thick Mazzucchelli acetate, layered through their proprietary DualLayer™ (or DualBlend™) lamination process, built over a gold-plated Visottica wire-core, and assembled with a five-joint hinge system for durability and comfort. Lenses are precision-cut CR39 with anti-reflective coating and full UV protection.
The Pebble Collection offers a vocabulary of shapes — from round (RX) to square (SX), diamond-like angular (DX) to a reimagined aviator (VX), each expressed in rich, singular colorways such as Lilac Dream, Pistachio Green, Galaxy Glaze, Velvet Rouge, and Havana Gold. Because production is intentionally limited, many colorways or shapes exist only once rendering each pair a collectible; a statement piece rather than a commodity.
